    Hi, nice article and totally true! Its not difficult to become an indoor or a balcony gardener. A few tricks are needed here and there, but keep it tidy and clean and you will go far. Its always a joy to get your hands into the earth and watch your garden grow. I have a tip that is helping me greatly and one most people would’nt know. Quartz rock on the base of your plants keep your plants warm at night as they release stored heat and best of all they reflect more light up under the plant. Also adds beauty and character to the pots and plants. Good luck everyone with your apartment gardening and please join me at my website.

    Gidday, A rooftop garden is fantastic, these can be placed anywhere if installed correctly. The beauty is yes they do produce and can be great for the kids too. Get them involved. Another way is a mini-greenhouse on top off your rooftop.

    Hi, Great article. I really believe in companion planting and have tested it over the years. What I love mostly is its ability to confuse pest, as we don’t plant in a mono-coulture style. Basil, Tomato and parsley are my favorite combinations as a 3 way mini design for an indoor pot-container. Thanks agian for such a fine article.

    Hi, Yes indoor gardening is a joy. I would like to add a tip for you all. Many indoor gardens are in offices or heated houses. One problem is the heating at night is turned off and the plants suffer shock from extreme rapid temperature changes. this may kill the plants or make them very ill. Love your plants and they will love you!
