The High-Level Conference on World Food Security: the Challenges of Climate Change and Bioenergy will take place from 3-5 June at the UN Food and Agriculture (FAO) headquarters in Rome, Italy. The Conference will comprise two segments, the High-Level Segment and the Committee of the Whole. In preparation for the Conference, a number of expert meetings and stakeholder consultations have been convened from January to April 2008.
