IISD RS is pleased to announce that the newest issue of MEA
Bulletin is now available.

MEA Bulletin is a publication created by the International
Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), in
cooperation with the United Nations Environment Programme’s
Division of Environmental Law and Conventions (UNEP DELC).

The guest article, authored by Bastian Bomhard, UNEP-WCMC,
is titled “UNEP-WCMC Reviews Progress towards CBD’s Protected Area Targets.”

The 79th issue of MEA Bulletin also includes reports on,
inter alia: the third meeting of Participants for the Fifth
Replenishment of the Global Environment Facility; the high-
level meeting on climate change, technology development and
transfer organized by the UN Department of Economic and
Social Affairs and the Government of India; and the Inter-
sessional Working Group on the Future Shape of the
Convention on Migratory Species.
