The 108th issue of MEA Bulletin includes reports on meetings of the Second Session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee to Prepare a Global Legally Binding Instrument on Mercury, the high-level intersessional meeting of the Commission on Sustainable Development on a 10-Year Framework of Programmes on Sustainable Consumption and Production, and an informal meeting of the World Trade Organization’s (WTO) Committee on Trade and Environment in Special Session.

This issue includes two guest articles:
